Find the brand new or Certified Pre-Loved Volkswagen that’s right for you, buy or lease it from a participating VW Club dealer, and drive it home. Within a month, you’ll receive a Volkswagen Club card in the mail with your user name and password. Once you’re a Volkswagen Club member, you can take advantage of everything the Owner Perks website has to offer.
If you are a VW Club member and have not received a card, call 1-800-DRIVE-VW. Have your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) handy so we can assign you a user name and password.
Yes. You are responsible for shipping and handling on all physical merchandise, but we’ll cover everything else. The coupons though are completely free!
You can simply return the damaged or incorrect item within 15 days. However, you must pay for shipping of all items. If you have more questions please call 1-800-DRIVE-VW.
